18th Annual Harvest Day Celebrates Community Leadership and Togetherness

Saturday, September 8th from 12pm-5pm at Walnut Way, 2240 N. 17th Street

Harvest Day is Walnut Way’s annual street festival that honors Lindsay Heights’ vibrant spirit, culture and history with local performers, music, cuisine, resource sharing, and retail vendors. Come and celebrate unity and community leadership in the Lindsay Heights community as we Lead From Where We Live.

Host MC Damion Thompson will be joined by 88Nine Radio Milwaukee DJ Kima Hamilton to bring fresh energy to the stage.

Celebrating the Arts, Movement, and Youth

We are excited to welcome back the heart of the event, youth performers from Nefertari African Dance Company and the jaw dropping multi-generational gymnasts, The Milwaukee Flyers.
We will take time to honor the ArtWorks team of youth and staff that dedicated their summer to restoring the Caring Neighbors Mural.
Closing the day will be a youth and young adult talent showcase featuring youth and young adults from Walnut Way Boys 2 Leaders, Neu-Life Community Development, Urban Underground, and Josh Thomas.
