Did your busy schedule stop you from joining the Healing Circle? We’ve got you covered this time around with a more flexible schedule. Walnut Way is now offering the Healing Circle program from June until December two Fridays a month. You can now “drop-in” at any session. Come as little or as often as you would like.
The Healing Circle is a space to connect with fellow women of color and create a sisterhood.We will always hold sacred space for YOU! Every circle we will explore how to enrich our lives for the better, from caring for ourselves, seeing ourselves in each other and more.
Holistic Health Coach, Angela Smith, leads each session, teaching a variety of helpful calming self-care tools just for you including: easy yoga moves, breathing and meditation, aromatherapy with calming essential oils, the Healing Circle (a talking circle to share your story, goals, desires, and dreams), arts and crafts, shared meals, and an occasional potluck.
The next Healing Circle is Friday, October 13th. Topic: Explore self-care through nature. Fall is beautiful time of year and the perfect reason to get outdoors. At the next Healing Circle we will make time to connect with nature and explore self-care in the natural environment. Be comfortable by wearing warm clothes as we will get outside this session. Dinner will be served!
