Each week, the Walnut Way yoga studio is in full gear with classes by Embody YOGA and The Zen Dragonfly. If you’re new to yoga, not sure where to begin, we are happy to tell you that Embody YOGA will be offering a beginner’s program just for you. Embody YOGA owner, Joanna Brooks will lead this four week program in which students will learn foundational yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation. This program is designed specifically for those who have never tried yoga before or those who want a refresher. The program includes four yoga classes, a copy of The Embody YOGA Beginner’s Guide and weekly homework (to keep you in practice in between classes).
