It’s time to start planning for Harvest Day 2018! Harvest Day is a community street festival marking the end of a productive season and preparation for a new year. It is currently the largest Lindsay Heights neighborhood festival, welcoming an average of 400 visitors including residents, elected officials, community stakeholders and partners from across Milwaukee. The festival highlights the neighborhood’s spirit of abundance with local food, entertainment, and resource sharing. Each year residents and friends gather to honor the strengths of the neighborhood and set a tradition of connecting with one other and the greater Milwaukee community.
Please join us for the first of a short series of planning meetings. This is an opportunity for neighbors to have a seat at the table for the largest annual event in Lindsay Heights, Harvest Day! We hope to make this years Harvest Day the best Harvest Day in the history of our neighborhood; we can only do that with support of our greatest stakeholders…our neighbors!
