Join us for a free informational session for business owners and entrepreneurs for the Pop Up MKE program! Learn about benefits, small business mini-grants, and requirements for participating in the program.
The Pop-Up shops will be running from June – September 2018 with different businesses in the shop each month. The Walnut Way owned Innovations and Wellness Commons (Location of the Outpost Learning and Event Center) will be a Pop Up MKE space this season.
Pop-Up MKE, is a public and private partnership focused on economic development and entrepreneurship, is actively seeking business owners looking to start or expand their business in one of three vital commercial corridors. The pop up spaces are a great opportunity for entrepreneurs to test their products, and begin to generate buzz for their business in a low risk, supportive environment.

Pop-Up MKE is coordinated by Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) in partnership with the Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiative Corporation (WBBIC), and MKE United, a partnership between the City of Milwaukee, Greater Milwaukee Foundation, Greater Milwaukee Committee, and Milwaukee Urban League. Pop-Up Milwaukee is part of Chase Ramp Up, a larger initiative aimed at building capacity and supporting urban entrepreneurs.
