Welcome to the Walnut Way Center (kitchen and front room area), located at 2240 N 17th. This space is designed to accommodate a variety of events, from intimate gatherings to collaborative workshops. The kitchen area comfortably seats 12 people, providing a cozy, yet functional setting for your event. Multiple tables are available that can be easily combined or arranged in various configurations to suit your needs. Whether you're hosting a cooking class, a team-building exercise, or a casual get-together, our adaptable space caters to your unique requirements. A 65-inch monitor is available for use, making presentations, video conferences, or movie nights a breeze. A laptop is also provided to aid in digital tasks or virtual collaborations. The area has accessible bathrooms, and outdoor seating space. Beyond the kitchen area, the front room can be utilized for breakout meetings or multiple group activities. This additional space allows for flexibility in event planning and can accommodate a range of activities simultaneously.

Walnut Way Center House Booking and Usage Policy The Walnut Way Center House, located at 2240 N 17th St, Milwaukee, WI 53212, offers a unique and accommodating space for various types of gatherings. Here are the guidelines for booking and using our premises: Booking Procedure Booking must be made directly with Walnut Way staff. Please ensure that communication about the booking, entering, and exiting is clear and understood by all parties involved. Available Spaces The first floor of the Walnut Way house can be booked during regular business hours (9 AM - 5 PM), and on some occasions, beyond these hours. The space can be divided into two parts: Kitchen Area: This area includes seating for up to 10 individuals and ample kitchen space for food preparation or demonstrations. Front/Main Entrance Open Space: This open space can accommodate up to 15 people with various seating arrangements available. Conduct & Housekeeping Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect for the space during their use. Any form of fighting, arguing, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. After each event, the space should be returned in its original condition – neat, clean, and orderly. Security For everyone's safety, doors must not be left propped open or unlocked. Guests should coordinate their arrivals and departures accordingly to ensure the security of the premises. By arranging a booking at the Walnut Way Center House, you agree to abide by these rules and regulations.
