Who Can Benefit? If you're a senior homeowner living within the Lindsay Heights neighborhood, you may be eligible for our program. This program is specifically designed to assist seniors in maintaining and improving their homes, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment. To qualify, you should: Own and reside in a home within the Lindsay Heights neighborhood. Meet certain income requirements. Be available for visits and repair work as scheduled. Not currently serve, or have served as an employee or board member for Lindsay Heights NID #12 in the past year. The Application Process Applying for our program involves filling out an application form and providing various documentation, including: Photo IDs Recent utility bills Proof of homeowner's insurance Income tax returns Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Lindsay Heights NID #12 Housing Committee.
