Ramona Curry

Ramona Curry is a Community Health Worker who serves as Resident Ambassador of community engagement in the Lindsay Heights community for the last 3 years through Walnut Way Conservation Corp. As an independent consultant Ramona shares and encourages educational awareness by sharing resources and informational opportunities with Lindsay Heights and surrounding neighboring communities. Ramona received her Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Upper Iowa University in 2011 and has worked in the field of Human Services for 30+ years working with underserved black and brown communities. Ramona is Rooted in early childhood education, safe and affordable housing advocacy, public safety/healthcare equity and environmental justice.
