Walnut Way Conservation Corporation invites the community to attend its annual Harvest Day Community Festival
Walnut Way will continue the beloved legacy of Harvest Day on October 3rd, 2026, with this year’s theme, “Harvest the Sun.” This joyful, family-centered celebration will bring Lindsay Heights neighbors together for live music, cultural entertainment, games, bouncy houses, children’s activities, local artisan vendors, delicious food, and drinks.
This year, Harvest Day will also celebrate Walnut Way receiving funding to build 1 megawatt (MW) of community-owned solar in Lindsay Heights. This investment marks an important step toward lowering the community’s collective energy burden and advancing clean energy that reduces reliance on fossil fuels.
Residents can explore solar displays, learn how solar power works, and discover opportunities to participate in community-owned solar. Harvest Day will celebrate culture, connection, creativity, and a more sustainable future for Lindsay Heights.
