Event Overview:
Join us for a joyful and nourishing day celebrating community, culture, and food sovereignty. This free event includes:
Strawberry Picking (9:00–10:00 AM) - Harvest from our local patches and trees — bring your elders, your little ones, your neighbors.
Community Conversation (10:00–11:30 AM) - Co-hosted with the Milwaukee Food Council. Let’s dream, critique, and co-create just food systems together.
Free Community Meal (12:00 PM onward) - Homecooked food and fellowship!
Summer Porch Concert Kickoff (12:30 PM) - Live DJ set from the neighborhood to close out the day. Bring a chair and your dance moves!
