Testify at the PSC Public Hearing

On February 10, we’re turning public hearings into public power.

This event is part of a broader campaign to stop bill discounts for billion‑dollar data centers and to demand that energy affordability and infrastructure decisions be treated as public health issues, not just utility accounting. Together, we’ll lift up the realities of energy burden, cumulative pollution, and long-term risks facing Black, Brown, and low-income communities—and call for a separate, protective rate class instead of asking Wisconsin families to subsidize corporate data centers.

On February 10, community members, health professionals, environmental justice advocates, and neighbors will testify at the PSC’s public hearings, online or in person, sharing 3‑minute stories that put real lives at the center of this tariff case.
